What is Autoclave?
An autoclave is a machine that provides a physical method of sterilization by killing bacteria, viruses, and even spores present in the material put inside of the vessel using steam under pressure. Autoclave sterilizes the materials by heating them up to a particular temperature for a specific period of time. The autoclave is also called a steam sterilizer that is commonly used in healthcare facilities and industries for various purposes. The autoclave is considered a more effective method of sterilization as it is based on moist heat sterilization.

CONSTRUCTION
- The chamber is fully jacketed. A 304/316 stainless steel mesh strainer
- Protects the drain port from blockage by debris. The chamber is mounted on a steel framework
- The sterilizer chamber is constructed from solid, high quality materials
- Chamber thickness is no less than 5 mm and door 10mm
- Stainless steel 304 steam generator with electro polish finished
- Radial locking mechanism fitted in the door
- A seamless silicone gasket is permanently fixed in the door
- Fully movable castor wheels fitted in the base of framework
Vacuum System
Typical solids are pipette tips (in boxes), empty glassware and waste in bags as wall as porous materials such as filters or fabrics. For this type of sterilization, it is important to remove all air from the products to be sterilized in order to ensure precise, reproducible and validatable sterilization results
Pre-Cycle Vacuum
A powerful vacuum pump draws a series of evacuations to ensure air removal from difficult loads. Can be combined with pulsed free steaming to achieve excellent steam penetration
Post-Cycle Vacuum
Vacuum cooling accelerates the cooling of waste loads. Also available: Vacuum drying – to provide the facility for drying a suitable load.
